
Our ravioli are initially available with two different fillings:
- Ravioli "alla Grüll" with tuna filling
- Ravioli "alla Grüll" with marlin butterfish filling
The preparation is also extremely straightforward:
- Cook the frozen ravioli for 2-4 minutes
- Strain the pasta
- Toss in a pan with a little cooking water and a little butter
- Do not add parmesan!
- Sweat the onion
- Add tomatoes and herbs, refine with salt and pepper as desired
- Pan together
- And: Have fun while enjoying!
